Commitment Ceremony
A commitment ceremony is very similar to a marriage ceremony, whereby couples seek to commit their lives to one another in a ceremony that reflects their values and their love for each other as well as to family and friends.
Often the couples are of the same sex, and are unable to marry under Australian law. To be able to stand up in front of your life-partner and guests to make a commitment of love for the rest of your life will mean as much to you as it would any couple and I would love to assist you in creating this ceremony.
Naming Ceremony
Name giving ceremonies are an alternative to the traditional christening or baptism. This is an opportunity to celebrate a new life or honour a new adopted member of the family and formally welcome them in a ceremony shared by your family and friends usually held in a family home, garden or park.
This personalised ceremony is designed with you, with your family in mind and may include readings and rituals chosen by you.
Naming ceremonies are not only for infants, but can celebrate any stage of life.
Renewal of Vows
A renewal of vows ceremony reaffirms the promises you and your partner made to each other on your wedding day.
This is often celebrated on a wedding anniversary or milestone birthday, or perhaps you were married or eloped overseas and wish to share your love and devotion for each other with your family and friends in Australia.
